2018 Conference Cancellation Policy


Registrants unable to attend may submit a cancellation request via e-mail to Cancellation requests must be made by August 10, 2018. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply. Any requests after August 10, 2018, will not be honored. No refund will be given for “no shows” or failure to give notice. The date upon which the notice of cancellation is received shall apply as the official date of cancellation.

Registrants who cannot attend the event are encouraged to exercise the option of providing a substitute participant to attend in his/her place. A written notification of a substitution will be accepted by email to up to September 7th, 2018. When signing in at the event, the substitute participant must bring a copy of the Online Registration Receipt or the Registration Confirmation Email.
